Frequency of the Board Meetings and Academic Advisory Body

  • Meetings will be held 3 times in a year.

All the faculty members are involved in various committees constituted to oversee the regular academic and co-curricular activities. Regular maintenance of records pertaining to academic as well administrative functions are managed by these committees, which are totally involved in all activities including purchases of chemicals, glass ware, equipment; arrangement of various functions, cultural and sports activities. The names of the committees show the extent of involvement and activities of the faculty.

Students are a part and parcel of this institution’s cultural, sports, athletics and scientific seminars where they learn organizational, leadership and communication capabilities.

Mechanism/Norms & Procedure for democratic/good Governance
All the students and staff have direct access to the topmost position of the management including the head of the institution. Staff discusses all the matters in regular staff meetings. Two of the senior faculties are members of the Governing Council. Students resolve their issues through their mentors; teachers and class teachers. There is no bar on students approaching higher authorities. There is a totally transparent, democratic mechanism of governance.
Student Feedback on Institutional Governance/faculty performance
Student feedback is obtained on a regular basis. Confidentiality is maintained and remedial measures are taken. Mentor meetings serve as a platform for resolving student oriented problems
